1. HOW DOES YOUR STORE SHIP? 

House Of Boateng is partnered with global fashion merchants and print networks in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that in addition to Canada and the USA, your order is shipped from global areas such as Singapore, Korea, China, and Japan.etc. via our partnership with Canada Post, USPS, and international shipping agents. Depending on the item(s) you ordered, your item(s) may be shipped directly from us and/or our partners in these countries. For this reason, your item(s) may take 5-28 business days to arrive. Please don't panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way to you! We do things this way so that you don't have to pay expensive shipping rates.

Yes, we ship to Canada, the United States and the rest of the world for a standard fee of USD$6 or for FREE!!! if your order is above USD$35. Please see chart below for further details:

2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship from our warehouse in Canada and partnered print networks and factories located in the United States and Asia. For this reason, please expect your items to be shipped separately  (if you ordered more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order processing time takes 1- 5 business days before shipment. Deliveries usually takes 5 to 28 business days! This will vary depending on your location within the countries and can be shorter/longer. You can email us at info@houseofboateng.com for specific shipping times for your area.

4. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET, EVEN AFTER 5 - 28 BUSINESS DAYS, WHY?

While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays due to distance between countries, or you may live in a more isolated region from our warehouses. If your item(s) does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund(store credit) guaranteed

6. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

We ship from different parts of Canada, USA and Asia using Canada Post, United States Postal Service, and other different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please use the tracking number provided or email us with your name and order number.

7. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. Your item(s) may or may not be charged additional Customs and Import fees at delivery (very rarely this happens). Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Customs and Import policies vary from country to country. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
